Telephant is a Nashville duo who make swirling, piano-driven pop bolstered by pretty string accompaniments and lead singer Ryan Hurtgen's soft, porous vocals, which lie somewhere between Imogen Heap and Ezra Koenig (and start doing some incredible things around the 2:00 mark below). They're a better version of Keane, or perhaps a more soothing version of DeVotchKa. I think this song is far and away the prettiest of the lot––on MySpace, that is.
